Hello and thank you for perusing my Etsy shop. My goal is to create a quality product that you will enjoy for years to come. I want to make timeless classics that are modern and fresh. I hope you enjoy!
I take payment through PayPal and Direct Checkout. Payment must be received before item is mailed to you.
Currently I ship to locations within the United States and have just begun shipping my merchandise internationally. Orders are shipped via USPS.
US Domestic orders will ship Priority Mail with tracking and insurance, unless my buyer requests an alternate shipping method or expedited shipping. In those instances, please contact me prior to purchase, to arrange and to get a new shipping quote.
International orders will be sent USPS First Class Package International Service for boxes. Large envelopes will be sent First Class Mail International. Delivery times will vary due to destination. Tracking may be available for select destinations. If a buyer would like alternate shipping or expedited shipping please send me a convo prior to purchase, so that I can get a new shipping quote for you. All international customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot estimate or compute what those charges may be since they will vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office if you have any questions regarding those fees. Also, I will complete customs declaration forms with the true merchandise amount. Please do not ask me to falsify any customs documents.
Items will be shipped within 1-2 business day from the time of payment, unless the items are made to order, in which the lead time is stated in the listing. Payment must be received before product will be shipped.
Also, please make sure that you provide me with the correct address or that it is extremely clear if you want me to send it to an address other than your own, if this is a gift. I will ship to the address you provide to me. Please make sure it is correct and that numbers have not been transposed. An incorrect address can cause a major delay in getting your merchandise to you and as such, it is imperative that you check and double check the address that you provide to me for shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please read the item descriptions and look at the pictures closely. I try my best to accurately describe the products and to take pictures that truly show the item off as they are. It is the aim of Mabey Baby, to provide a quality product, but if you are unhappy with a purchase you have 5 business days to message me, if you feel an item has been horribly misrepresented. Refunds will only be granted once I have received the merchandise back from you in it's original condition. All return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer of the merchandise.
If an item arrives damaged, contact me immediately. Please take photos of the damaged packaging and item and send to me so that I can open a claim with the US Postal Service and to arrange for the item's return. I will resend the merchandise to you, unless it is a one of a kind item that I cannot reproduce. In that instance I will issue a shop credit to you in the amount of your purchase. You will not be charged for shipping that item to you if the postal service damaged your original shipment.
All custom orders are final.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All items are handmade by me. Some of my items I am able to recreate. Others, I cannot because I was only able to purchase limited qualities of particular varieties of yarn. If there is an item that you see and would like it in a different yarn, please message me. If I have the yarn in my stash or can still purchase it, I would gladly make an item to your specifications. Please be aware that some yarns are available in limited quantities or may have been discontinued, thus getting a quantity sufficient to finish a garment may be difficult.
