I will not be held responsible for colors that are not as customer had envisioned, which can happen due to colors appearing differently on each computer screen due to calibration. I produce colors as closely to order as humanly possible.

I will not be held responsible for late or lost parcels. Non-deliverable parcels returned to me by Canada Post will get customer refund of total less parceling/handling costs. Resending will require customer to pay new s/h costs.
