When I saw this mug I had to have it. I bought 2 to remind us of the Paradise we once knew. To be honest, we haven't used them yet. We are finally moving into a new home - after 3 years - and I left them packaged the way they came and will open them in our new home in October. Thank you. It's a great design.

★ If your product is damaged, incorrect due to an error on my part or unhappy with your item, I will do everything I can to resolve the issue. Please message me if you are not satisfied with your purchase before leaving negative feedback.
★ Because I offer such a large selection of items that can be personalized, we do not keep items in stock, and all items to be personalized, are purchased 1-3 days after payment. Therefore, orders cannot be refunded or cancelled after payment is received.
★ If personalization isn't specific at time of order this may cause a delay in your order.
★ If you need the order done by a certain date PLEASE let me at time of order. Depending on time frame it may be considered a RUSH order that will acquire an additional fee of $10.
★ Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped it is no longer in our hands. We cannot control shipping times and we can only go by the estimated delivery dates given to us by the post office. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or items shipped to the wrong address (as provided by buyer.)
★ Express mail is the ONLY guaranteed shipping method and will arrive in 1-3 business days and can be purchased for an additional fee by request.
★ If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect mailing information, we will contact you through Facebook/ email. You have 30 days to respond with correct shipping information. If you fail to respond within the 30 days. we will consider the shipment abandoned and no refunds will be given.

★ Custom orders are placed through a custom listing on ETSY. By commenting or messaging me on a platform is not being placed as an order. Payment must be made. Custom designs can take up to 5 weeks.

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
My production time is 2-4 weeks then 1-4 days for shipping depending on which method you choose. All orders are shipped from Paradise, CA.
Will the glitter shed?
The glitter will never shed or flake off. All shirts are machine washable.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Contact me via Etsy or Facebook.
When will my order ship?
Production time is 2-4 weeks. You received an estimated ship date on your receipt from Etsy. It will ship on or before that date.
If I choose the shipping upgrade to priority mail, does my order ship sooner than the stated production time?
No. Choosing priority mail simply cuts down the time in transit. Priority mail is 1-3 days while First class (my regular shipping method) is 2-5 days. By choosing priority mail your order will still have a 2-5 weeks production time.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your package is mailed you will get an email with a tracking number.
My package says delivered but I haven't received it?
Unfortunately this is out of my hands and I suggest that you contact your local post office.
Why is the turn around time so long?
I am a mom of two, homeschool and one child having autism. They are my priority. Taking care of them and educating them. I try to have a quick turn around time but things do come up with the kids at times (sick, etc). I do orders in the order I receive them, I have had a high demand for Camp Fire orders.
