Returns and exchanges
I do my best to accurately describe and provide detailed photos of the products I sell. Please review the listing carefully and ask any questions you have before purchasing.
If there is an issue, I will provide a refund for the item, however the buyer is responsible for the return shipping, and will not be refunded for the first shipping fee. A refund will only be given if item is received back within 7 days of notifying seller in the same condition when purchased.

Items broken during shipping must be taken to the post office by the buyer to make a claim. It cannot be returned to seller.

Please don't leave negative feedback without contacting me first. If you have a concern, let me know and I will do my best to fix the situation. I believe in quality customer service, and want all my customers to return to our shop.

I accept payment by PayPal only. Unfortunately, at this time checks are not accepted.

An item may be reserved for 48 hours, but if payment is not received, after the 48 hours the order will be canceled.
I generally ship USPS. Orders will ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment, unless other wise noted.

Items are packed with care to ensure a safe travel. I use bubble wrap and/or packing paper, as well as packing peanuts, if necessary, on all fragile items.

Please message me for shipping cost info if outside the USA. This way I can provide accurate shipping cost.
