I really love this item I have gotten lots of compliments on it. Only problem is the chain was too small for my neck
I'm no master of the trade. I just have a passion for making jewelry. I use my kids as models and take my own unedited pictures in my house. Every piece I sell is made by me! I do every step of the process, from start to finish. I really do care about every order and every customer.

I ship to your Etsy address. Please be sure it is correct!! Undelivered packages due to wrong address are not my fault and subject to additional delivery fees and repurchase of items.

International orders! Shipping is set high to cover any and all unseen costs. Overages past cost and shipping supplies WILL be refunded. Feel sure you are getting the lowest shipping price I can offer! You must ask for the difference to be refunded.
If you purchase a large quantity of items or a large item with high shipping and additional items, contact me before purchase and I can adjust shipping rates! I will give you the cheapest rate I can. You must ask before the order is placed!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please measure your wrist. Do not guess! Bracelets that are too small or too big because you failed to measure your wrist are not my fault. Every bracelet is made to order based on measurements given at purchase. No refunds or remakes will be made for wrong size. Size is considered END TO END!
You must contact me within 3 days of receiving item if there is a problem. Any contact after that about a damaged or incorrect item will not be fixed. Packages include tracking so I will know when it arrives. I will answer on the weekends unless on vacation. Even then I might!
All items received as damaged or broken, require picture proof sent. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Return shipping is buyers responsibility.
Refunds of lost or damaged items will NOT include shipping costs.
If anything is resent and includes a refund, shipping costs from both orders will be deducted.

*As with similar items; fading, piling and snags might occur with the cord. I pick the best quality cord available. Charms will also fade or tarnish with daily wear. Contact me if you have concerns. Please be aware of how YOUR skin will react to materials.
