Unfortunately, I cannot do a review on the item because I have not received the item yet. After ordering it on June 24th and paying immediately, I had to both send an Etsy message as well as an email to ask if the item had shipped. The response I got was "it shipped priority mail and you should receive it any day now". After three (3) requests for tracking information and being ignored, I was told by the seller that they did not have it. How do you ship priority with no tracking number??? Not only that, but I received an email from Etsy stating that my item had shipped July 2nd, which was after the seller told me it had shipped. At this point, I honestly don't know if the item has been sent to me or not. And of course, they have a no refund policy. The most unprofessional seller I have EVER come in contact with.

Hi LaRoya, I apologize for the item being lost in the mail. I did ship the item immediately after payment. I misplaced the tracking receipt, that is why I could not give it to you. I refunded the full amount for the item for this inconvenience. I hope you are satisfied with a full refund. If you do receive the item please keep it at no charge, as I do not wish to continue business with you.
