Payment is expected at the time of purchase. At this time I do not accept payment via personal check. All items are made to order, so please allow 7- 10 Business Days for your order to be shipped out.
Shipping
All items are made to order,unless they are designated Ready To Go or RTG so please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped out.
Please let us know if need a rush order, and based upon our current production volume we may be able to accommodate your request.

ALL ORDERS ARE SENT TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS. If you would like to send it to a different address, please email me with the correct address. Orders sent within the US will be shipped via First Class Mail or Priority Mail, both methods come with tracking.

-International orders are send via First Class International Mail, unless the buyer wants to upgrade to Priority Mail International or Express Mail International, please convo me for details and pricing. Express Mail is the only service that comes with a tracking number, but I've never had an international package go missing or not arrive.

*International customers are responsible for any and all additional duties, taxes or fees imposed by Customs in your country. If you don't see your country listed in the shipping section, please convo me and I'll set something up for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
!I know you will be happy with your purchase (and will come back for more) but I am happy to work with you if you are not satisfied in any way! 50% of my orders are repeat customers, and I only want happy, repeat customers. I'm very easy to work with, just contact me at any time.



RETURNS ON Collars, ETC .

*You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to exchange for a different size. When I receive the item (which must still be in new condition), Once I receive the item I can send you a different size. Returns will not be accepted for custom orders (if you asked for a very specific size or picked out a fabric we had to purchase).

*If you ordered the wrong size for your pup you can easily exchange it for a different one. You will need to pay for shipping for the new collar to reach you, please convo me to get the correct size.

*All orders are sent to your Paypal address. This is to protect both of us! If you have not updated your current address in Payal and it is shipped there we are not responsible for the package or for replacing your order. PLEASE CHOOSE the correct mailing address when checking out via Paypal!
