Many of my items are READY TO SHIP. Please see each individual listing description to see if it is ready to ship.

I accept payment with PayPal and Etsy direct checkout. These are the easiest and most convenient payment methods for everyone.

It is your responsibility to check your e-mail and Etsy accounts on a regular basis when making a purchase on Etsy. If I do not receive payment, or if you did not notify me of address or order changes, I will often try to contact you both through Etsy as well as e-mail. If you do not check your accounts regularly, this may result in a canellation of the sale, a different hat size/color being sent than what you intended to purchase, or your item being sent to the wrong address. Please convo me if you have any questions/concerns you may have
I ship to your ETSY address, so make sure your Etsy address is up to date! I am not responsible for shipment to the incorrect address if that is what is listed with Etsy. If your Etsy address is different from your Paypal address, I will often attempt to contact you first. But if I am unable to contact you, I will send your order to your Etsy address.

READY TO SHIP ORDERS: If your item is listed as "ready to ship", please allow me a few days to get it in the mail to you. "Ready to ship" does NOT mean that I will have it in the mail same-day! Please be advised when ordering.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS: Some items in my shop are made to order (not made until they are ordered). If your hat is made to order (check Etsy listing), please allow 2-4 weeks for me to make your item. This two weeks is *in addition to* shipping time!

CUSTOM ORDERS: For custom orders (custom colors, sizes, or requests) please allow up to 4 weeks for me to make your item (unless previously agreed upon). If you request an item in a custom color, I may not have it on hand, so please give me time to find it :)

RUSH ORDERS: On custom or made to order items, rush orders can often be made upon request. A rush order is $5 more per item and will ship within 48 hours of payment. Convo me first to make sure I can get the item to you in a rush order, then I will put up a reserved/custom listing for you in my shop. A rush order does NOT mean the item will get to your door within 48 hours!!! Just that it will be in the mail within that time! If you would like to pay for faster shipping so that it gets to your door within 48 hours, please notify me ahead of time!

I ship with the standard lowest cost shipping: USPS First Class. This means the package will most likely arrive anywhere between 2 - 5 business days. However, USPS first class is NOT GUARANTEED to make it to you within that time period! The US Postal Service is often unreliable and could possibly take much longer than 5 days! I *only* ship using USPS first class unless previously agreed upon before ordering. This is due to time constraints of next day shipping, I often don't make it to the post office in time for next day. So, if you would like to ship using a faster method, you will need to convo me prior to ordering. I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping delays! After it leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the US Postal Service. If you dont like this uncertainty, please let me know before ordering that you would like guarenteed.

Every package I send out to the US comes with a delivery confirmation. You will receive an e-mail from Paypal with your confirmation number. For more info about this delivery confirmation number, please ask me or visit

All shippments outside of the US will take LONGER than 2-5 days and are not trackable. Your package may take 5 days, it may take a month. I have no control over shipping time outside of the US and it sometimes takes quite a while, depending on where you are ordering from. The average shipping time I have seen is anywhere between 7-12 business days, but again: this is NOT a guarantee!!
I am not responsible for problems with shipping outside of the US. Once it leaves my hands, I have no control over it. ! If a package is taking longer than expected, I will offer proof of shipment. This means that I can prove that it left my hands and was accepted by USPS (proof provided to you is a USPS date-stamped customs form). After dropping it off at the USPS, I have no control over it and cannot track where it goes. So buyers from outside of the US: order at your own risk! Your order may take much longer to arrive than a normal domestic order.

I am not responsible for delays in shipping! Once I ship it to you and the item shows as "shipped" on Etsy, it is YOUR responsibility to check the status of your package. I am not responsible for packages that get lost by the USPS.

I choose First Class because it is cheapest for YOU. If you want a guarentee in shipping, a signature confirmation, or insurance, please let me know before you order and I would be happy to give you all the info about other shipping options

I also cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during shipping. I package them the very best I can to protect them, and I always get a confirmation on packages shipped to the US.

Any shipping charges are for "shipping and handling" of the mailed item. I always deliver packages to the post office by hand to help ensure they reach their destination in a timely manner and don't get lost along the way.
So, shipping is more than *just* the cost printed on the package. There is Delivery Confirmation, gas to and from the post office, paper and ink used for labels, shipping envelope, tape, packaging material, and more. Whenever you purchasing something from a buyer here on Etsy, please keep this in mind.
Refunds and Exchanges
As a policy, I generally do not accept returns or refunds. I know that things aren't always exactly as they appear over the internet, but I do my best to post true to life photos and write accurate descriptions to balance the aspect of selling on an online venue. If you still feel an item you received was grossly misrepresented please convo me before you decide to leave negative feedback and we'll work something out! I am an extremely nice person ;) And I pride myself on having excellent customer service. Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback until you have first contacted me to see how we can correct the problem. I will often give a little on this policy, depending on the problem encountered.
Order cancellations are made at my discretion. On rare occasions, I may cancel an order for certain reasons as long as the request is made within 24 hours of the purchase time.

Every baby's head size is different. I use US standard measurements for my hat sizes. Even so, head shapes and conformation often make a hat appear larger or smaller on the baby's head, which I am not responsible for and reserve the right to give refunds/exchanges as I see fit.
