Never received my personalized order within the 24 hour time frame this vendor stated on the item purchased. Left overwhelming messages to no avail. Still waiting to hear back from this vendor. It's been three days and nothing no feed back yet. This is something I was supposed to receive within 24 hours. Beyond upset.

Hi Lizzy, As stated in the listing which your purchased as well as the shop policies, the personalized file will be sent to you within 1-3 business days of purchase.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (depending on the weight of your order). Once your order is shipped you will be provided a tracking number.
Shipping costs for items are shown in the listings. The price of shipping includes special packaging required to keep your order safe.
EXPEDITED ORDER PROCESSING:
If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please contact me prior to ordering.
PERSONALIZED NOTE CARDS AND WALL ART:
Customers who order personalized note cards and wall art will be sent a digital proof via Etsy message for approval within 24 hours of payment. I must have approval before print production begins. Please make sure everything is correct before approving. I will do my best to make any corrections I see, but the customer is ultimately responsible for approving the final proof. Once approved, the order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
PROFESSIONALLY PRINTED INVITATIONS:
Customers who order professionally printed invitations will be sent a proof within 24 hours of payment. I must have approval before print production begins. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of invitations from the date the digital proof is approved.
PERSONALIZED PARTY PRINTABLES:
All personalized party printables will be sent to the email associated with your Etsy account within 24 hours of payment. If a correction needs to be made please notify me as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly when printed versus what is seen on the screen due to monitor variation in color. Colors may appear slightly darker when printed versus what is on the screen.
