I take pride in the quality of work that I do and want you to be 100% satisfied with what I create for you. Should you not be satisfied with the craftsmanship or materials of your item, you may return it for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Eye mask orders are not refundable - so please make sure mask will fit around head: mask size + strap size = head circumference size

I will accept returns and/or exchanges within 7 days of receipt unless you contact me and we agree on other arrangements. I must receive the item in the same condition as was shipped. This means new and unused. Before you return or exchange the item(s), please CONTACT ME FIRST. I will give you instructions as to how and where to ship the item to be returned.

Custom orders are not able to be refunded.

All custom made items are approved by you prior to my creating them. Please be sure to check color, size, spelling, etc. There are no refunds for incorrect information stitching once you've approved.

Once a custom designed item has been completed, it is not able to be resold. Therefore, no refund will be issued for completed custom items.

If you are dissatisfied with an item, please contact me by convo through Etsy, or email me. I will do all I can to make sure the problem is resolved and you are 100% happy and satisfied.

Please note that colors differ slightly from each monitor. I am not responsible for colors chosen. If you are unsure of the color, you may request a fabric swatch or you can send me a color sample and I will match as closely as possible.

You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to pay with a credit card or echeck.

Paypal acts as the credit card processor for all Etsy orders.

Be sure to follow the link in your Etsy order through to the Paypal site to complete your transaction...your order is not complete until then.

You will receive an email from Paypal confirming your payment has been made.

E-checks do take one week or more to clear through Paypal, so please allow plenty of time for this to happen before your order ships.

Payment is due at the time of your order, and must be received before I will ship out an item or begin to make your piece.

If you do not pay for your order within 36 hours, I reserve the right to cancel the sale.

Sales tax is included on all IN purchases

Shipping fees are based on the weight of the item in its packaging. Items shipped in the USA sent via first class mail. Shipping does not include insurance, however, a tracking confirmation is included. USPS says first class mail arrives in 3-5 days. I cannot guarantee the shipping times of the post office.

If you prefer quicker shipping (overnight, 2 day express, etc) , please contact me BEFORE making the purchase. I will reserve the listing in your name to include the increased shipping fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Items ordered are shipped to your ETSY address

Delivery of packages is approximately:
11-15 days for European countries
6 - 12 days for Canada
12 - 18 days for Oceania

**Please note there is always a possible delivery delay due to Customs random check. It's not uncommon for this delay to be up to one week or more. I assume there is also a delay in delivery time around the holidays.

Once your order and payment are received, you'll be provided with the tracking number.

I CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS. IF THE TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS "DELIVERED" I WILL NOT REPLACE NOR REFUND YOUR ITEM.

Please Note: Items are sent in a 6x9" or larger envelope. If you live in an apartment or have a doorman, please make sure this size envelope will fit in your mailbox or make arrangements with the doorman/neighbors.

If you are interested in a faster delivery, please don`t hesitate to contact me PRIOR to purchasing your item.

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country.

If placing a custom order, please include the date (deadline) needed, so I can make certain the items reach you in time.
