Full payment is expected at time of purchase. The transaction will be automatically canceled if payment is not received.
You may use your credit card to check out through PayPal as a guest. Please follow the PayPal instructions on how to do this during checkout.
I ship to the address you choose during you Etsy checkout via Canada Post. Most orders are shipped within 0-3 business days. I will do my best to get your item to you as quickly as possible!
Insurance and tracking are always included in the shipping.
Taxes and Duties: your country may charge a duty or tax on merchandise coming into your country. Taxes or duties are the customer's responsibility. I will not reimburse for any fees, duties, taxes, or other charges made by your country on my products.
Customs: I must fill out a customs form to ship into your country. I will indicate that I am shipping jewelery and the value of the merchandise in CAD dollars. I will not falsify customs documents. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want all of my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are disatisfied with an item, please contact me by conversation thru Etsy, or email me. I will do all I can to make sure the problem is resolved and you are happy with your purchase.

I will accept returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of receipt (i.e. the date the mail carrier delivered your item to the specified address) unless you contact me and we make other arrangements.
Before you return or exchange an item, please CONTACT ME (by email) FIRST. I will give you instructions as to how and where to ship the item to be returned.
I must receive the item in the same condition it was shipped. This means new and unused. Cost of used or damaged products will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be provided when I receive the new and unused item.
