•I also accept e-cards but these items will not be fulfilled until the payment has cleared.
•If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 3 days, I will only accept cancellation after this period if there are extreme circumstances.
•Your item may be subject to custom charges based on your location, however I can not be held responsible. If you wish to know more please refer to your local postal service website.
•I do not share any of your details with third party companies. They are used to process & ship your order only.

•Once the item leaves my hands I unfortunately can't be held responsible for the time it takes. I always retain proof of postage & add a return address just in case there’s an error on route.
•Please be aware depending on your location you may be charged VAT or a custom charge.

Due to slow postage & the nature of made to order I can’t guarantee offers made later in the season will arrive on time for key dates.
For Halloween please order by the 8th of October so I can ship out the following week. If order after this date I can guarantee they’ll arrive by the 31st but will send the same month.
For Christmas please orders by the 5th of December so I can make & ship asap. I have left enough time to make & ship orders by the total mail last dates but I will not be able to fulfil as many orders this year due to pregnancy. Any orders made after this date I will do my best to ship asap especially Christmas themed stock. If you’re buying regular stock please pop a note to say it is a gift.
Thankyou for being so understanding. If you’re local to Swansea & would be happy to collect just incase postage gets backed up please message me & I’ll be happy to arrange collection times.
Please remember once the parcel leaves my hands it’s on Royal Mail to fulfil their promises I can only promise to dispatch before their given deadline dates.

Care instructions
To care for your woven cloud make sure to give it a little shake weekly & keep out of high traffic dust areas such as the bathroom! If dust does settle you can gently hand clean. The roving cloud can discolour if kept in direct sunlight so keep out of windows.
Punch needle pieces should be spot cleaned only & any snags can be snipped.
Pom-poms may need trims to keep them fluffy. Make sure to give them a quick fluff on arrival & adjust the shape of rainbows slightly with a gentle squeeze.

Child safety.
As a lot of my items are bought to display in nurseries please ensure they are kept out of reach of children.
They are for display purposes only rather than sensory toys.
