Upcycled metal art

Edwin learned to weld in 2011 when he wanted to build a sound machine out of bike parts. He got some old bikes from friends and he bought the cheapest welding machine he could find. Edwin started his practice and asked many questions. Also Youtube taught him a lot and happily he soon bought a better welding machine.
The bike machine was never finished, but it was a good preperation for the later work of Edwin. Still his work starts from waste materials. Fire distinguisher lamps and kinetic sculptures, for creative metal, this is the right place.
The biggest inspiration for Edwin is Jean Tinguely. After Edwin visited the Tinguely Museum in Basel, his metal journey began.
