1. Place an order using the drop down menu to select the size and printing option including wood, tin and canvas.

2. Once all listings have been added to your cart you can leave your custom details in the note to seller section when you check out. This includes background color, font colors, custom words, and any important notes to my production team. This includes design notes (script fonts, or make this word larger within the sign etc), or shipping notes. (Ex: Christmas Delivery)

3. Once order is placed a proof will be sent to you through an Etsy conversation. Please reply back with approval or changes to your design. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days, we'll assume it's correct and go ahead with production.

In the note to seller section give us the background color, font color and EXACT words from TOP to BOTTOM of your sign. If you have a Font preference please let us know you would like it as pictured, script, print, handwriting, etc. If you see something you like on one of our other listings-just copy and paste the link so we know which one it is. Or, if you have a particular style or you know the name of the font-just let us know in the “Add an optional note to seller” box during check-out.

Once I receive your order and you have provided any custom details needed for your print including, words, colors, and pictures we will send you a proof to look over and approve within 2-4 business days for most signs and 5-7 business days for completely custom signs like song lyrics or subway art (holiday time may be longer). Once you give the FINAL approval or if we have not heard back from you within 7 days after sending proof we will move your sign to production and will be in the mail within 6-7 business days for canvas signs and 7-14 business days for wood or metal signs. If this does not meet your deadline you can always print out the proof and place it in a card showing what very special gift is on its way.

All words that describe you in the MIDDLE section, couples first names, last name, established date and ENDING quote at the BOTTOM section count towards your word count. So for example "I love you" counts as 3 words. August 21, 2012 counts as 1 word.

All signs come ready to hang!

WOOD PRINTS are printed directly to 1/4" thick maple wood + walnut frame which has natural imperfections (nicks, wood knots, etc). No attempt is made to cover these. Each piece of wood takes the print process differently. NO TWO WILL BE ALIKE.

METAL PRINTS are printed directly to the 0.032-inch maxmetal, which is then mounted to a sheet of 3/4" raw birch wood. White ink not printed, tin will show instead. Sides and back show natural wood.

CANVAS PRINTS are printed on our 1 1/4" premium canvas comes GALLERY-WRAPPED

MDO PRINTS are an exterior grade plywood with a weather-resistant layer of resin-infused fiber that seals it from the elements. Sides and back show natural wood.
