We are a husband and wife team who work out of our home in Texas. We love making unique and functional home decor items.We have a love for Chic look and wine designs.
We use both new and upcycled materials. Lots of attention to design and detail! They're finished well and are super sturdy.

We accept Paypal and credit Cards only. Payment is due at time of checkout. Unpaid orders will be canceled within 24 hours unless otherwise arranged.
We ship USPS and Fedex. Carefully prepared packages will ship in the time frame that is stated in the shop announcement after payment. Most of our items are made to order, so if you have any questions about production times, please ask before you order, so we can be sure we are able to get it to you in time.
If you need your item(s) faster, please let us know before ordering and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate you.
Most domestic orders ship Priority Mail, but larger packages or multiple item packages are sometimes much more economical shipped via Parcel Post. If you live on the west coast and your package is heavier than 4 lbs, most likely your order will ship Parcel Post. Please feel free to convo us to upgrade to Priority, if desired, and we will invoice you the additional postage required.
All international orders are shipped via USPS by First Class Mail International. Typically, international shipments take 1-3 weeks, but First Class Mail International does not offer a guaranteed ship time, so please be patient and allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. Sometimes packages get delayed in customs.
International customers may request to upgrade shipping to Priority Mail. If you wish to do this, let us know and we will invoice you the additional charge.
Any VAT, custom fees or duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We mark custom forms accurately and according to US laws.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Please be sure your Paypal address and your Etsy address match. If they don't match, it may delay shipment as we will need to contact you for the proper address. If you would like it sent to someone as a gift, we are happy to do that and will include a free card with whatever message you would like! Just leave a note in the comments section when ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
***Please understand once we send a proof, we can not refund any payment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of it's arrival. We cannot refund items since they are ALL custom items. We use the proof that you approve so PLEASE double check ALL spelling in the proofs.
When an item arrives damaged please make sure to contact us within 3 days of item arriving so we can start the claims process. This is not very common but once it leaves our shop only fedex and USPS know what happens to the packages. WE will also need pictures of the damaged sign. Also make sure to keep the original packaging.
Although very unlikely, if your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work out a solution that we are both happy with. We want you to love your piece!
We do understand that order cancellations may be needed for various reasons. We will refund your total cost minus $25 ($35 for 24x36 or larger subway signs) for the cost of the design work already completed.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you see an item in our shop that you'd like in a different color, we can usually do that!
Every frame is custom, hand-made and made to order. Therefore, there may be slight differences in the product you receive (ie. distressing, frame color, etc.). The variations from item to item makes your piece truly a one of a kind. These variations should not be looked at as a flaw, but rather something that makes the piece unique. However, I do take great pride in my designs and craftsmanship. So I will only be sending you items that I am proud of and would display in my own home.
FEEDBACK: Many of our orders are purchased as gifts, so we will not leave feedback until you either (a) leave us feedback first or (b) contact us and request we leave you feedback. This prevents us from mistakenly spoiling someone's surprise!
