Pets have always been a fundamental part of our family and deserve to be loved, look good and pampered just as we humans do.

We found it a challenge to locate affordable quality pet accessories in an industry that was predominantly mass-producing pet products and producing mediocre results and cookie cutter designs. Leather pet products were lacking the durability, quality and character we felt our pets deserved, and simply did not work for us.

Never known to settle for less, we set out to make our own luxury line of pet products. We knew our products had to be exceptional quality, durable with beautiful designs to match the character and personality of each pet.

We are excited to share our passion with you for creating classic, upscale leather products for pets. All of our products are skillfully handmade, one at a time, and matched with the finest quality materials such as Horween Leather, SwarovskiⓇ Crystals and the strongest stainless steel hardware available.

Our customer base is comprised of smart, loving pet owners and determined individuals who expect the very best products and customer service. As a family owned and operated business, we have been blessed to meet many of our customers and turn their beautiful ideas into a reality.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at info@madisonmade.com or by calling (804) 302-0750.

The Importance of Measuring for Proper Size

Our collars, leashes and bracelets are all custom made, therefore they are non-refundable or non-returnable due to the extensive amount of time and material costs associated with making your custom product.

When purchasing your custom collar, leash or bracelet we will work from the size you provide to us. Therefore correctly measuring is extremely important. Please see our measuring guide located in each photo section of a listing.

Warranty Information

All leather products manufactured by Madison & Maude are backed by a 2-year warranty. The warranty starts on the date of purchase.

Leather - Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches, marks from dog bites or chewing, stretching, cracking, darkening, worn finishes or undue stress put on the leather. To ensure greater longevity of your leather items we recommend regular cleaning and conditioning of your leather product.

Hardware - We will replace buckles, rivets and d-rings that fail. Lose or lost crystals, gemstones, spikes, spots and Conchos will also be replaced at no charge.

Madison & Maude is not responsible for shipping costs for items returned to us for repair.

Do you accept exchanges/returns?

We guarantee our craftsmanship completely and that your order will be made as you ordered it. If we made a mistake on your order or if there is a material defect, please email us at info@madisonmaude.com as soon as possible and we will repair/exchange the item depending on the type of defect.

For custom orders we do not accept returns. However, we want you to love your order, so if you are not happy with the size, color, etc. of your order we can possibly work with you to exchange it for a restocking fee.

- A 20%restocking fee applies to all exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, the cost of the exchanged item will be applied toward the cost of the new item. Due to the custom nature of our items we do not provide monetary refunds

Exchange Policy

All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at info@madisonmaude.com to make a exchange request.  A representative will contact you within 2 business days of your request.

Any items returned to us must be in brand new condition.  Any items that have been worn, creased, wrinkled, dirty or damaged will be returned to you and no refund or exchange shall be given.

What Size Leash Should I Purchase for My Pet?

We recommend you choose the 1/2” leash width if your dog fits our XS or S collar and the 3/4” leash width if your dog fits our M or L collar and a 1” width for X-large dogs or dogs that tend to pull.

How do I clean and care for the leather products?

It’s best to use a soft damp cloth to remove any dirt and stains that get on the collar. If it gets really dirty you can use a organic liquid detergent to clean it. If your pet goes swimming, be sure to rinse the salt water, chlorine or lake residue off of the collar directly after swimming. Using a leather cleaner and conditioner regularly will restore oils in the leather and bring back its beauty and moisture.

Customs and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for all additional international fees and customs charges. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office
Madison & Maude is not responsible for delays due to customs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production times vary depending on the type of item you order.
Each item will have its production time stated on the product listing. We try and ship all orders within 14 business days. However, during peak periods there might be a delay. We will endeavour to ship your order at the earliest convenience.

If you order more than one item, your order will be held until all items are finished.

Shipping

We offer a free shipping in the United States. All items are individually made-to-order and will ship from our shop within 3-15 business days. Your order will be shipped via the US Post Office. Business days are Monday through Friday, we are closed on the weekend.

If we can ship your order sooner, we always will! We work around the clock to get our custom orders shipped out as quickly as we can.

Once your order is shipped we will send an email confirmation with tracking so you can track your package!
