Welcome

Thank you for checking out my shop. I hope you like what you see. I have enjoyed embroidering for decades and have equally enjoyed giving my creations to friends and co-workers. They have appreciated my work and have encouraged me to sell - so here I am on ETSY.

I am an enthusiastic recycler and have fun re-using, re-packaging. Each item you order will come to you gift wrapped. I do buy some of what I use at SCRAPS, a non profit recycling center.

Payment

PayPal is the only payment method I accept.
Item shipped as soon as payment is received.

Shipping

I ship United States Postal Service Priority Mail with tracking to protect the buyer and myself. I frequently use recycled materials for shipping. Some of these materials I buy from SCRAPS, a non-profit recycling center here in San Francisco. All items are gift wrapped.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want to make my buyers happy. If there is something you are not pleased with let me know and we can discuss it.

I offer refunds only in extreme cases. Return postage (with insurance and tracking) must be covered by the buyer. You have four (4) days after delivery to contact me so we can discuss the issue. The item must be unused (undamaged) and in the condition it was in when I mailed it. Refunds will be minus fees and shipping will be at your cost. Refunds will be issued upon the arrival of the item.
