Payment is accepted through PayPal. Please note that a PayPal account is not necessary to use PayPal. If you pay by e-check through PayPal, please allow another 3-5 days from the transaction date for it to clear before shipment.

Payment is to be made at the time of purchase. If payment isn't received within 3 days of placing your order, your order will be cancelled.

Per law, a sales tax of 9.5% will be added to packages shipped to recipients within the state of Washington. This is the standard rate for customer's residing in the Seattle Metro area. If you reside outside of Seattle, I will adjust/refund to your area's sales tax rate accordingly.
All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment.

All packages ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, and include delivery confirmation.

Shipping rates reflect a handling charge, which includes packaging materials, mailers, etc. Gift wrapping and shipping upgrade requests are welcome. Shipping charges do not include insurance, but this can be added if you prefer.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. These are not the responsibility of Maeva Beauty.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the merchandise, returns and/or exchanges cannot be accepted.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact Maeva Beauty to work out a solution. We want all customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.
