By placing an order, you agree to all shop policies. Please make sure you know how to operate your printer before you place your order. I cannot be responsible if someone does not know how to use their printer. Please refer to your printing settings to check your printing settings and quality. All of my images are 300 DPI highest quality print. The files are exported with these high quality settings from my design software. If you are persistently having bad printing results, please contact me and I will print the file on my printer and try to help as much as I can.

Due to a large volume of orders, Please allow 3 business days before all printed or made to order items are shipped. Weekends are excluded.

For orders that are to be shipped, your design will be emailed to you for proofing, once approved, the order will be shipped out.
