Full payment is due within 3 days of placing the Etsy order. Paypal payment only. NO cash, check, money orders or cashiers checks are accepted. If payment is not received within 3 days, the sale will be cancelled and a negative feedback will be left for non paying buyer.
I only ship domestically within the continuous 48 United States. No international shipping or shipping to Alaska , Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Items will only be shipped to a verified Paypal address. Items cannot be shipped to "gift" addresses. Paypal address and Etsy address of record must be the same otherwise, the item will be shipped to the Paypal address.

Items are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment or on the first day the post office is open after a holiday. Items are mailed through the US Postal Service. You will be emailed a delivery confirmation number so you can track your order online. Insurance is not included in the shipping fee. If you would like to have your item insured, please notify me and I will notify you of the additional cost for insurance. Once the item is shipped, seller is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

Seller is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost by the USPS during shipment. Any claims for damage should be directed to them. You should retain all packaging and document all damage before opening. Shipping insurance is available for an additional charge if you would like to purchase it. Refunds and Exchanges
For ready-made items purchased through regular Etsy shop listings: Please notify me within 3 business days of your receipt if you are not happy with your item and would like an exchange or refund. I can assist you in finding another item in the shop to exchange your item with. You are responsible for the shipping fee for the new item. You may also request a refund. Before a refund is can be issued, you must return the item to me in it's original, unused condition, and in it's original packaging. Return postage is at your expense. I must recieve the item back within 7 days of your notifying me of your return or exchange. A refund will be issued only IF the returned item is inspected and determined to be in an unused and sellable condition. Only the purchase price will be refunded. The shipping fee will NOT be refunded. Custom orders: No refunds or exchanges

CUSTOM ORDERS: ALL SALE ARE FINAL on Custom Orders. Due to the custom and specific nature of these orders, there will be NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES on customer ordered items. FULL PAYMENT must be received within 3 days of placing the Etsy order.
