Spent $20 on a small wooden ornament for a Christmas gift for my husband. Discovered when he opened it that it was broken. Seller would do nothing to help me out since I didn't keep the original flimsy envelope it was mailed in for her to submit a claim...ie to help her with the cost on her end. This is why people choose to shop on amazon...their money and purchases are protected. If the seller packaged the product accordingly, the damage probably would not have happened, but the point is I'm stuck with a broken gift I spent $20 plus shipping on, even though the cost of the actual item to replace would be so minimal for seller. Nice product, but I'd recommend shopping elsewhere, with someone that will do what they can to make things right!
