5 out of 5 starsJulie was fantastic in answering all of my questions about customization, and sending proofs. I couldn’t tell from the photos that the glass is actually oval shaped - I’ve never seen anything like it! It is unique and comfortable to hold. It will make the most perfect gift. The etching is exactly how I imagined. I look forward to purchasing from her again.

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take before my order is shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. The only exception to this policy is during the Christmas season, orders may take 1-5 business days to be processed and shipped.
What is the difference between etching chemicals, laser engraving and sandblasting?
-Etching chemicals are used to eat into the glass. The outcome is very messy, uneven and details are very hard to distinguish. The same rule follows for hand etching machines.
-Laser engraving uses a machine which uses a laser to engrave into the glass. Laser engraving is very faint and details can be hard to distinguish.
-Sandblasting uses a sand-like substance which is blasted onto the glass in order to engrave it. Sandblasting deeply etches into the glass and very fine and small details can be captured spectacularly.
I use sandblasting in order to give my customers the best outcome possible.
Can I request a proof before placing my order?
Yes! We offer this service at *NO* extra charge. Whether you need us to edit your proof once or twenty times, this is a completely FREE service.
Shipping Policies
If you'd like more than one glass it's best to request a custom order (link is right under the photos) with the quantity you'd like and your zip code, so that I can give you a discounted shipping price.
A Note About Shipping Prices: Even with calculated shipping prices, they can show up on your order as higher than they actually are. Be assured, I do keep an eye on the prices and if there is a difference of more than a dollar or two I will refund you the difference. Since nobody enjoys getting a box of broken glass I'm very careful to package your order well so that this is unlikely to happen - my breakage rate is less than 1%. If anything does arrive broken just let me know and I'll send a replacement right away at no charge to you.
