Custom and personalized orders
Magic Dreams Design does not accept custom orders as we prefer to present customers with an exact match of the product listed in our catalog. We do, however, support minor variations of the existing designs.
The unpredictability associated with a custom order adds a layer of expectation that we might not always achieve. For that reason, we prefer to exclude custom orders altogether.
Why can't offer refunds or cancellations unless the digital item has not been downloaded.
Everything in my shop contains a digital download. So after purchase is complete the customer has files available for download instantly. There is always the risk that somebody will download the files then ask for a refund, so if the item has been downloaded I cannot offer refunds. I do offer refunds if the digital item has not been downloaded!
I do want your customer experience to be a good one, so if you have a problem please contact me so then I can do all I can to resolve the issue. I hope you enjoy your time in Magic Dreams Design.
