5 out of 5 starsLove, love, love my ears! They are as pretty as the picture!!! I needed assistance with the shipping and the seller made sure I received them on time. Just wish I wouldn’t have been charged twice for shipping since I bought two different pairs and they both came in the same box.

Frequently asked questions
How much for a custom pair of ears?
Our custom ears start at $45 and go up to $95. In general, $45 is for an ear exactly like one we already make but in a unique color combination. From there, generally speaking, it costs $20 PER addition or unique item like adding a second centerpiece, flowers, rhinestones, or other details. Custom prices add up quickly because of how much extra time it takes to make something unique.
Message us to see if we can make your dream ears! Once we collaboratively figure out the design, then we create a custom order listing. After payment then we will start the ears. Please feel free to reach out to us with further detailed questions about a custom pair.
When can I expect to get my ears?
Let us start by saying that any delivery times provided by Etsy are best estimates and a range of dates. An estimate is not a guarantee and that the first date listed is not necessarily the date you will receive your package.
For non-custom orders, our ears are all under the same processing time, which is reflected on each listing. We ship from Washington state and so your arrival time will be between 2-14 once processed and dropped with USPS until you receive it IF there are no shipping delays with USPS.
Etsy provides an estimate for package arrival that is influenced by our processing times. If you have questions about receiving your ears by a specific deadline, please contact us prior to completing your order at checkout.
Lost/Stolen/Delayed Packages
We ship USPS and occasionally there are delays, especially with delays due to COVID-19. If you want a guaranteed delivery date for your ears, you can either select "Express Mail" for your shipping or utilize our "Expedited Processing Upgrade" for your order. This bumps your order to the front of our processing lineup and allows for your ears to be shipped out 2-business days after your order.
If there is a shipping delay, you agree not to take your frustration out on us. We have no special magic with the post office and can only check online tracking, just like you.
Magic Earporium will not issue a refund for items that get lost in the mail, arrive after your wished for date or are stolen after delivery.
I have an issue with my order and need a new set of ears, can I get you to fix them?
If there is an issue with your order that needs fixing or replacing, please contact us.
Please note that all fixes require that the initial pair of ears must be returned to us before we can issue a new pair.
Can I expedite the processing for my order?
Yes! We have what we call our "Expedited Processing Upgrade" for your order. This bumps your order to the front of our processing lineup and allows for your ears to be shipped out 2-business days after your order.
Ex. If you place your order on a Friday afternoon, then your order will ship out on that following Monday with the post office. More details can be found on the listing for this upgrade, located in the "Order Upgrades" section of our shop.
