Exactly what was pictured, was such a special gift

Avoid this seller at all costs! This is coming from someone who has never had to make a return or exchange on Etsy ever. The custom ornament took more than two and a half months to make. When it finally arrived, it had my wrong wedding date which was one week off from my actual date. When I brought it up with the seller, she proceeded to gaslight me and told me I gave her the wrong date. Ladies who are currently planning a wedding……. as I’m sure you can attest, this is not a date easily ‘forgotten’ or ‘confused.’ She then proceeded to deny me a refund or an exchange and was extremely rude to me in the process. I had to involve my bank to get a refund. In the meantime, I already found a better seller whose ornaments are not only aesthetically better, but took a quarter of the time to produce by a much friendlier person.

This was my second purchase from this artist. She did so well on the engagement gift (ring dish with Texas A&M mural) that i ordered an ornament to commemorate the couple’s wedding date (ornament with church mural). Both were fantastic quality and i was not disappointed! The seller provided an accurate turn around time for the item and i was happy to wait for a gift i knew would be cherished. Thanks again for helping me celebrate my favorite couple!
