It is okay to request custom orders and personalization for orders. Please contact me BEFORE you make a purchase so that I can send you a custom listing for your specific order. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Please refer to individual listings for sizing. Listings give approximate or exact size in the descriptions.

Gift wrap is available upon request. Please message me BEFORE placing an order if you have a very specific gift wrap request (like an included note). The gift wrap ribbon color will be randomized depending on the colors I currently have in stock.

If the item is made to order, it will be shipped once complete (check individual descriptions for turn around time).

Paying for a Rush order means that your order will be made faster than normal and shipped via Priority mail.

USPS First Class shipping usually takes about 4-5 business days to arrive from time of shipping to your location. Priority shipping takes 2-3 days.

It has been my experience that International shipping takes anywhere from 2 to 4 business weeks to arrive. Canada and the UK is on the slightly faster side; Australia and other countries is slightly longer.

Once I ship an item, it is now in the hands of the USPS. If any problems with shipping arise, please contact me and I will assist to the best of my ability.

Many items in the shop are made-to-order, meaning they are made for you *after* you place the order. These items do not instantly ship. Your item will have TAT plus shipping time before it arrives. If you need your made-to-order item faster than normal, please take advantage of the other shipping options we offer.

The made-to-order TAT also takes in account what *time* you order an item. For example, if you order something at midnight on Monday, it will most likely not ship out until Wednesday morning, which is only 1 business day later.

If you need an order by a certain date, message me BEFORE ordering so I know what deadline you are working with.

Please message me with any issues rather than leaving a review. Etsy does NOT give me notification for reviews. So if you have a problem and mention it in your review rather than a message to me, I will not know of the issue.

If item was damaged during USPS shipping, please photograph outside/inside, everything you can- this will help greatly in filing a claim to USPS.

Please double check your address prior to making a purchase. The items will be shipped to the address listed on Etsy. If you want them to be sent to the different address, please send a message.

Please note: real colors may slightly differ from their appearance on your display, as it depends on your monitor settings.
