Hand Made Art for kids by a kid!
All art on MagicUnicornBySophie is hand made by Sophie. Sophie is 9 and has always been fascinated with colors from a very young age.
Her art "Grinch with a Heart" was selected to be displayed at the largest Art display in the South when she was only 5. At a young age she already has won many awards including winning the State Award of Excellence in Visual Arts in the Primary Category in 2018 and 2022. She also won the Global Aspiring Artist award in 2020 for her art “United” and also in 2022 for her art “Healing Humanity.”
Art is Sophie's passion!
Sophie also sells her cards and paintings in person during local events with proceeds going to different local charities.
Her painting “United” sold at a local auction for $1,000 and all proceeds went to support a local charity "Roy’s kids."
Proceeds from the sale of her original painting and hand printed cards “We All Are Different” were donated to “Team Jude The Dude”; a former SHM student with cancer.
She painted "Hope" during March 2020 (peak of COVID). Due to a very generous patron all her sales money were doubled and a little over $900 were donated to the Northwest Food Bank of Louisiana.
Proceeds from the sale of her first painting commission went to help Hurricane Ida evacuees.
For all her community work, she was featured in a local blog and was 2nd amongst the top 12 things to buy for Christmas 2021.

This is NOT a business venture so all profits from sales will be 100% donated to various charities. Proceeds from past sales have been donated to St Jude's Children's Hospital, Providence House - a local homeless shelter, Roy’s Kids, Gingerbread House, Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana, Food Bank of Northwest Louisiana and other charities close to Sophie's heart.
