I can't find my downloads?
If you checked out as GUEST: you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after your purchase.
If you have an account: go to Your Account ("You" circle in the top right) -> "Purchases and Reviews" and look for the order. The button will say "DOWNLOAD FILES". (You should be using a computer or tablet to access the downloads).
If you still need help, let us know!
How do i print my files?
You can print our files at home or at any local or online print store. Ensure to use good quality art/card/heavy weight paper to achieve the best quality of print. Remember that final print quality depends on the type of printer and paper used.
Can you convert my JPG files to other file formats?
Yes!
Please contact us if you require a different file format at your local print shop and we will convert them into different format.
The other file formats we can offer are: PNG and PDF.
Can I get a refund on digital prints?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for digital prints due to the digital nature of the item.
Can I re-sell my downloads?
