Magical Monograms

In December of 2013, I was a college student with a love of all things colorful and personalized. I decided to start selling monograms and decals to my friends and sorority sisters and the rest is history! This shop is all about creating items that brighten your day and of course, make life a little more magical!

Each item you see in the shop is hand crafted by me. I create, package and ship each item to my customers with love and care. It brings me great joy to put a smile on my customer's faces, so custom designs are always encouraged!

Returns and exchanges
Orders will not be refunded unless an agreement to cancel the order was made by the buyer and shop owner. Orders that are made incorrectly on the shop's part will be resent, but a photo is required for evidence. Orders that are "lost in the mail or never delivered" will not be remade or refunded.

If an order is damaged in any way, buyers must contact the shop within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time the shop is not responsible for replacing/resending items. Please keep in mind that the damage must have occurred on or prior to delivery. The shop is not responsible for damages that the buyer could have potentially caused. The 30 day deadline is nonnegotiable. Sending threatening messages to leave poor feedback against the shop will not change the outcome.

The shop is not responsible for improper application or wear and tear on the buyer's part. This refers all items in the shop that require adhesive application or garment washing. The shop will not replace orders that were damaged due to the buyer's misuse.

Notes Section Information
Please answer the questions in the notes section to seller before checking out. This ensures that the shop can create orders correctly the first time around. If the buyer does not specify the style/font of their choice as requested, the will send a message requesting this information. If there is no response within 5 days one will be chosen for you buy the shop. Monogram initials will be made as they are written in the notes section during checkout. The shop is not responsible for switching around initials. Orders will not be remade if the buyer fails to enter the information correctly.

Orders will not be refunded or resent based on dissatisfaction of style, font, size or color. If buyers have any questions please contact the shop before placing an order.
All orders, including custom orders, must be paid in full before any decals are made. I accept payment via PayPal and Etsy direct check out.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must message the shop within the first 12 hours of placing the order. After that time frame has passed, no orders will be cancelled. Failure to read the shop's turnaround time will not result in cancellations. No exceptions.
Standard Shipping for MagicBand Decals: As of 12/2/16 Standard Shipping for MagicBand Decals will come WITHOUT tracking. If you'd like to add tracking, there is an upgrade option in the shopping cart during checkout. By purchasing this listing with standard shipping, you agree to have your order sent out via USPS at a discounted shipping rate with a stamp and zero tracking provided. Orders will NOT be replaced even if they are "lost in the mail".

First Class Mail: Depending on the listing, orders will be shipped via USPS First Class packages. Most orders will ship with tracking 1-2 weeks after order is placed and will be delivered anywhere between 2-10 business days. Certain listings have a faster turnaround time and will be shipped within the designated timeframe listed.

Priority Mail: Orders will still ship out with tracking 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. Priority mail will ensure that orders arrive quicker than they would with First Class mail. This does not mean that your order will ship out faster. If you wish to rush your order or need it delivered by a certain date, you must message the shop before placing your order.

If the order was marked as "Delivered" via USPS, the shop is not responsible for replacing an order if the buyer claims they did not receive it. The seller is not responsible for replacing orders that are sent back to the sender. If you wish to purchase a second shipping label to have the order resent, you may do so.

The 1-2 week time frame does not guarantee that orders will be DELIVERED within 1-2 weeks, but that they will be SHIPPED within that time frame. I do my best to have orders sent out as soon as possible. However, I cannot control the weather or postal service, so if there is a delay please be aware of extenuating circumstances.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please take a moment to read the shop announcement or shipping & policies section. Not every listing has the same turnaround time, but they are all listed accordingly.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within the first 12 hours of the purchase. After that, processed orders will not be refunded. No exceptions.

I used the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Message the shop and let us know the address you need it sent to! There's no need to cancel the order or place a new one. It's an easy switch and can be fixed right away.

I received my order and it's wrong!

Please message the shop before leaving a review! I am happy to fix the problem right away as long as it was an error on the shop's part or damaged in the mail.

I want to place an order, but need it by a certain date.

Send me a message and let me know what you're looking to order! If there's enough time to process, create, and ship the order I am happy to make it for a $10 rush order fee. You must message the shop BEFORE placing the order. Writing in the notes section that you need something by a certain date does not mean it will get to you in time if you don't contact the shop first.

Absolutely! Bulk orders are highly encouraged and discounts will be given based on the total price and shipping calculations.
