(colors, sizes, etc.).
I DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges of customized, personalized, or made-to-order purchases.

Please double-check your spelling on order details, as I am not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer, such as spelling errors.
Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.
SHIPPING: I need my order sooner
You can choose the Express shipping method, operated by UPS Express, which usually takes 2-4 business days within the USA and 1-2 days within Europe.
If your order has already been placed with standard shipping and you’d like to receive it sooner, you can either follow the upgrade service below or contact our team for assistance.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Allow us 1-3 business days for the order to prepare.
Shipping times will be based on the shipping method you select at checkout!

United States
Standard - 6-13 days
UPS Express - 3-7 days
Preparing and shipping are two different processes. Each has its term. Please NOTE that we prepare and ship orders on business days from Monday to Friday which does not include weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as part of shipping days.
My trackage parcel says delivered but I do not receive it?
1. Check with neighbors to see if the package was left with them either on purpose or by accident
2. Check with family members – sometimes someone else in the household will pick up the package and put it somewhere out of plain sight
3. Ask the delivery postal worker if you catch them where he/she left the package
(The most effective tip) call your local post office to see if it is sitting there. If not, ask them if they can check their delivery GPS to find out exactly where it was
PREVIEW MY ORDER: Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes, I will be happy to provide you with a preview before printing. Please make sure to request this service while placing the order, in the customizations field or in the notes section. You can also message us and if the order hasn’t been started yet, we are happy to provide you with it.
*Having a preview is a requested service or one that is provided after an assessment is made by our team.
