Quick Update on Shipping Shoes. In order to continue to offer free ship on our shoes (as shipping costs are going up) we're no longer using shoe boxes. Shoes are still packaged with the care + safety in mind, just lighter. 😉

I'm old-school when it comes to retail/e-tail and my shop practices the old-school adage that *the customer is always right.* It's the norm nowadays (though Etsy is refreshingly different) that the customer is NEVER right and all a business wants is the customer's money. My belief is that my customers deserve respect and the very best customer care. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your order PLEASE message me so I can make it right. I strive to develop long-term relationships with my shop customers and visitors.

4 out of 5 starsIncredibly Beautiful boots. Very well packed. Look just like the photo! I took the risk and ordered my actual shoe size but they are big. About half a size too big. I’m glad I didn’t size up. I’m keeping them in hopes I can make this work with thick socks or something but we shall see. Otherwise, love love them.
