Welcome to Magick & Whimsy! I’m always contactable via convos and will always double-check anything I need to know from you, in order to make your order as awesome as possible.

I only accept Paypal as method of payment. I will post your item out within 3-5 working days of purchase (and quicker than that wherever possible.)
Your order will be packaged carefully and shipped to your Etsy address unless otherwise noted.

I ship both within the UK and internationally. Within the UK, your order will be sent via Royal Mail, overseas it will be sent via Royal Mail standard Airmail.

I take great pains to send your parcel in the safest way possible, however once it leaves me, I can’t control what happens to it on its travels. When I post it out to you, I will give you a delivery estimate too but, for international orders, please bear in mind that parcels can be subject to customs delays in your own country and unfortunately, this is something I have no control over. Any customs, duties or additional fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please let me know right away if anything is damaged or you have not received it, as I will happily refund broken or missing items minus the postage costs. For a broken item, please send me a photo of the damaged item and I will send you a refund via Paypal. When a package is lost I am happy to work with you to find the package or send a replacement. I first check the tracking information for your package to see its last location. If it is listed as delivered, I ask that you check with other members of your household, neighbours, and mail carrier as well as looking around outside your home to see if the package can be located. Customers living in apartment buildings can check with the main office to see if the package was left there. If the package still cannot be located I will submit a report to the post office to let them know the package is either lost in their system or has been stolen. If they are still unable to locate the package then I will replace the items.

If you are an international customer then I ask that you wait a sufficient amount of time before I issue a replacement. Customs will often hold a package for a length of time before releasing it for delivery. Some international packages can take sometimes 2 or even 3 months to arrive. Sometimes you can check with your local post office in case the package is being held as customs due. International customers are responsible for all customs fees.
