MagniGallery's Shop Policies
Thank you for visiting with us. I hope you enjoy our shop and find something interesting to take with you. All my items are handcrafted with love.
We prefer PayPal but we will accept personal checks or money orders. However, with checks and money orders, they must clear before we ship. We put the item on hold until then. We would greatly appreciate prompt payment. If we have not received payment within 10 days (allowing for the mail) we will be forced to cancel the sale.
Texas residents will pay 8.25% sales tax.
We will gladly ship anywhere. We generally send our items First Class Mail. Should you require overnight service, we will ask you to pay the difference. We do not normally insure our items but will at your request. As we do our shipping labels at PayPal, we do require confirmation but you also can track your item. All handmade items are shipped within 2 business days. Any special orders take 10 days to complete.
Refunds and Exchanges
I always accept returns within 14 days of sale. Merchandise must be returned in same condition as received. Once I receive the returned merchandise, I will issue a refund through PayPal.
