Each listing has art size provided for your convenience. When listing sizes I always round down...ie 16.25” I’d put as 16”. As always, I am available, via convo, should you need further assistance.

All of our products are made with quality woods and sealed for INDOOR use.
If placing outdoors seal with a good polyacrylic sealer. These are available in a spray, and you will need to apply it on the entire piece- two layers minimum.
Signs being used outdoors should not be left in direct weather...ie please don’t place where water runs directly on it or harsh sun beats on it all day long.
Occasionally reseal your outdoor signs with a good quality sealant. This will extend the life of your product and keep water from entering the layers.
Your item is made to be used so enjoy it!

All packages are sent via USPS either Ground or Priority Mail. If an item arrives damaged- message me instantly! I will need you to take good quality photos of the package, packaging materials and the item. These will all also need to be taken into your local USPS facility to begin the USPS claim. Once you have done that and I have the photos and claim number I will get a replacement taken care of! You MUST take ALL packaging and packing materials as well as the item to the post office so do not throw any of it away until you get a claim number.

Please see the shop announcements! Generally our turn around time runs about 4-7 days but can run quicker or longer depending on the time of the year. During busy holiday season expect USPS delays of up to 3 weeks. I do update and keep a current turn around time posted in the shop announcements section.
Remember... that is the time for your item to leave our studio, USPS still needs to get the item to you. Always plan ahead.

Please note: Shipping TO HAWAII takes additional time! The ships can take an additional 10-14 days from the LA ports to the islands. To combat this, select Priority mail upgrades. This will place it on the plane normally and get there much quicker. Please understand that we have NO control over USPS.

Wood warping is a natural event that can happen during transit based on conditions and how the packages are handled (ie a heavier box leaning on your box etc.). While we do a great job at packing the boxes many of them go through multiple climates reaching you and therefore pickup heat and moisture in transit. Should your product arrive a bit warped it is easily remedied. Simply use your packing box or bubble wrap as protection on top then place a heavy object (we like things like large 16oz cans or bottles of water or even a few books) on top for a few days and you will see it flatten back out.
Most of the time the warping is so minimal its barely noticeable.

As I do use wood and it is a natural product please be aware that there will be different grains and patterns throughout the wood. This may include swirls, knots and varying grain patterns that will pick up stains and paints differently. This is not a flaw but the beauty of wood.
