I am a Florida girl born and raised with a Southern upbringing. I grew up shelling peas, picking blueberries, and learning how to garden. I was taught to sew at a early age and I know more about canning vegetables than many people my age. Every quilt I own is hand sewn by my grandmother and I love anything that involves fields of cotton or vegetables. I have been blessed beyond compare with two boys, ages eleven and five, who have taught me more about compassion and patience than I thought possible and a husband whom I love more than life itself. Being raised by a very Southern family, I have learned that most problems can be fixed with a bowl of grits and a weeding session in your garden. A little dirt under your nails and some quiet time is all my grandmother ever needed. I have been taught to always dream big, treat people with kindness and respect, and always add a little of the South wherever I go. I run this shop with my mom who loves crafting as much as I do. She is as Southern as it gets and I am proud to say I am becoming more like her everyday! My passion in life is giving so I love coming up with new ideas to turn into gifts for people in my life.
