Improving the health of our planet and reconnecting back to nature is at the heart of our mission. In order to restore our planet's health (and ultimately human health), we have identified three critical areas that we believe will make the most impact on our environment. A portion of every purchase goes towards projects that support sustainable food systems, restore biodiverse habitats and conserve water and ocean quality. Together, we can make a difference!

As an official member of 1% for the Planet, we donate a minimum of one percent of our top line revenue (not profits) to approved environmental non-profit organizations and are required to provide documentation every year to maintain this status. OUR PRODUCTS ARE RESPONSIBLY PRODUCED & ETHICALLY SOURCED.
- Every decision from sourcing to packaging is made with the planet in mind. We strive for recyclable, reusable, or biodegradable packaging options wherever possible and are constantly updating our processes.
- All of our products are manufactured in anti-sweatshop environments where workers are paid fair wages.
- Our organic line meets the Global Organic Textile Standards and is made out of cotton grown without any harmful chemicals or pesticides.
- Our non-organic apparel manufacturer recycles or re-purposes all of their waste and they use solar energy to power their buildings.
- Every item is made to order to prevent overstock and waste.

WE'VE COMMITTED TO BECOMING CLIMATE NEUTRAL.
We are proud to have committed to zeroing out our carbon footprint by becoming Climate Neutral Certified by Earth Day 2020. To become officially certified, we have set goals to reduce our carbon footprint (such as sourcing more locally-grown organic cotton, minimizing our waste from faulty items through recycling and upcycling, etc.) and then to offset any remaining carbon emissions by purchasing carbon offsets. Our ultimate goal is simple: to be a responsible company that makes products that help combat climate change.

OUR OWNER'S STORY:
Nature Supply Co was founded by Lindsey Huber in 2016 after realizing the impact our current food system had on not only her own health but also on the health of the planet. Her research and personal health journey led her to become a nature-lover, foodie, and environmentalist. But it didn't stop there - Lindsey wanted to spread the word about what she discovered and ultimately, make the world a better place. Thus, Nature Supply Co was 'born.'

How do the shirts fit?

In order to select the correct size, please use our size guides located in each product description.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the size chart before placing your order.

What is your processing time?

Our current production time is 2-3 Business days. All orders THEN ship via USPS First Class Mail (which means delivery in 3-5 business days after order is placed) unless you upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (delivery in 2-3 business days).

How long does international shipping take?

International Orders are shipped USPS International. Please keep in mind that shipping times vary by region and may take approximately up to 5 weeks to arrive. (+ weekends and holidays) All time frames that USPS gives are estimates and not guarantees.

Where can I get my tracking information?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships. You can also see your tracking number here: www.etsy.com/your/purchases.

My package was delivered to an old/wrong address! What should I do?

Please be sure to check your shipping address PRIOR to submitting your order. If changes need to be made after you submit your order (and before your order ships) please send us a message with the correct shipping information ASAP. Packages that are delivered to the wrong address will not be replaced. All shipping labels are created using the shipping address you provided when you placed your order. Please be sure to double check your address!

My package has been marked delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

We suggest to check with your neighbors first to see if the mail was accidentally delivered to the wrong address by your postal carrier. If that does not work, please contact your post office. Ask them to provide the GPS coordinates to see where they delivered your package. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivered mail caused by USPS error. If the package is not located you must file a report at your local post office.

My tracking number hasn't updated in days/weeks and hasn't been delivered. What do I do?

All orders shipped come with USPS tracking information. You receive your tracking number when your item ships. USPS typically delivers first-class mail within 2-5 business days, however this is an estimate and there can be times when there is a delay in the delivery of your package. Please be patient, as your package will arrive. If your package has not moved in over a week, please send us a message and we will contact USPS. We have no control over how quickly your item is delivered and cannot be held responsible if your item does not make it by a certain date or for a special occasion. No refunds or returns are allowed because of post office delays.

How can I find out when my order will ship?

1. Go to www.etsy.com/your/purchases
2. Locate the purchase
3. Click on "view receipt" on the right side
4. Scroll down and look under SHIPPING DETAILS. You can see the date your order is scheduled to ship by.
5. Once your order has shipped you can use Etsy's tracking system to track your package and see an estimated delivery date.

Damaged or Missing Items

Any items damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and packaging. (photo must clearly show flaw and design to confirm which tee it is) A new item will not be sent or refund given until a photo is received of the damaged item or original item is sent back to me (Send tracking number as proof of shipment back to us).

If you are missing an item from your order, it must be reported to
