How do the shirts fit?

We use UNISEX shirts. In order to select the correct size, please use the following recommended sizing guide:

--> Choose your favorite fitting shirt from home.
--> Measure the "width" from one armpit to the other and the "length" from the highest point on the shirt to the bottom.
--> Refer to the chart below for the appropriate size.

UNISEX SHIRT SIZE CHART:
XS // width 16.5" and length 27"
S // width 18" and length 28"
M // width 20" and length 29"
L // width 22" and length 30"
XL //width 24" and length 31"
2XL // width 26" and length 32"

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the size chart before placing your order.

What is your processing time?

Current production time is 5-7 business days. All orders are shipped via First-Class mail. First Class has an ESTIMATED shipping time of 2-5 Business days. But can take up to 15 days depending on your local Post Office and weather conditions.

You can also upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail. This option has a delivery time of 2-3 business days. Even when upgrading your shipping, regular production/processing time applies. (this decreases shipping time only, not processing time).

I am responsible for (and can only guarantee) the ship date, not the delivery date, and will not be held responsible for errors made by a third party (including USPS, UPS, Fedex, and other delivery services).

How long does international shipping take?

International Orders are shipped USPS International. Please keep in mind that shipping times vary by region and may take approximately up to 5 weeks to arrive. (+ weekends and holidays) All time frames that USPS gives are estimates and not guarantees.

Where can I get my tracking information?

You can see your tracking number here after your order has shipped:
www.etsy.com/your/purchases You can use Etsy's tracking system to track your package and see estimated delivery date.

My package was delivered to an old/wrong address! What should I do?

Please be sure to check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If after you submit your order and before your order ships, please send me a message with the correct shipping information. Packages that are delivered to the wrong address will not be replaced. All shipping labels are created via Etsy using the shipping address you provided when you placed your order. Please be sure to double check your address!

In the case of an order being sent to the wrong address, because of incorrect information given by the buyer, the order will be reshipped once it's returned to the seller. Reshipment will be at the cost of the buyer. If the address was entered incorrectly because of a mistake on the sellers part, a new item will be sent

My package has been marked delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

We suggest to check with your neighbors first to see if the mail was accidentally delivered to the wrong address by your postal carrier. If that does not work, please contact your post office. Ask them to provide the GPS coordinates to see where they delivered your package. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivered mail caused by USPS error. If the package is not located you must file a report at your local post office.

My tracking number hasn't updated in days/weeks and hasn't been delivered. What do I do?

All orders shipped come with USPS tracking information. You receive your tracking number when your item ships. USPS typically delivers first-class mail within 2-5 business days, however this is an estimate and there can be times when there is a delay in the delivery of your package. Please be patient, as your package will arrive. If your package has not moved in over a week, please send me a message and I will contact USPS. I have no control over how quickly your item is delivered and cannot be held responsible if your item does not make it by a certain date or for a special occasion. No refunds or returns are allowed because of post office delays.

Your production time is 5-7 business days, so how can I find out when my order will ship?

1. Go to www.etsy.com/your/purchases
2. Locate the purchase
3. Click on "view receipt" on the right side
4. Scroll down and look under SHIPPING DETAILS. You can see the date your order is scheduled to ship by.
5. Once your order has shipped you can use Etsy's tracking system to track your package and see an estimated delivery date.

Damaged or Missing Items

Any items damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and packaging. A new item will not be sent or refund given until a photo is received of the damaged item or original item is sent back to me (Send tracking number as proof of shipment back to us).
