In the first instance, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as you are able.
Postage is not refunded, except where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Magpie & Fox cannot be held responsible for orders lost or damaged in the post, which is why we use insured postage options.
It's really important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as we can.
If you wish to return a scarf, you must do so within 14 days and the item must be returned in its original state, unworn and in its original packaging.
CUT FABRIC LENGTHS/FAT QUARTERS:
As we have cut a length of fabric for you, refunds are not issued for cut fabric lengths/fat quarters, unless the wrong item has been supplied, in which case we will refund all shipping and return shipping costs, also.
CUSTOM DYED FABRIC:
Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we cannot issue refunds on custom dye orders you commission from us.
Sample corsets are made for photo shoots and will have been worn for a short period of time. There may be some minor damage or wear and tear, which will be noted clearly in the description. If such damage is present, this will be reflected in the price. Sample corsets are significantly reduced, compared to the price of a similar bespoke piece.
All sample corset sales are final and items can only be refunded if the piece is not as described in the listing. Any such dispute requires documented proof and that the item be returned within 7 days, unworn and with original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items.
We post within 5 working days of receiving your order, usually at the weekend. We send confirmation when we have posted.
As the buyer, you accept all liability for customs charges.
If there's any damage to your delivered parcel and/or goods, we need you to inform us immediately. All details of damage must be recorded on delivery documentation; we must be notified of damage within 48 hours of delivery. You must keep all packaging, as this is needed to claim against the carrier.

Store corsets in a dry environment out of direct sunlight. Store and handle your corsets with care, as some embellishments might catch or be crushed (for example, feathers).
Our corsets are not designed for nor intended for waist training or daily wear and Magpie & Fox cannot be held responsible for any damage as a result of misuse.
