Custom and personalised orders
Yes, we absolutely do custom orders! Interested in a mask or hair accessory in a different size or fabric than we have listed? Want a custom cross stitch piece? Shoot us a message, and we can come up with something perfect together! For MOST custom pieces, we will not charge more than any of the pieces currently listed (ex. a custom mask and scrunchie combo will not cost more than $18CAD). We can also do 3-ply/3-layered masks upon request for a small additional fee.
Sizing details
UPDATE: We are now making our masks adjustable! Any newly-made masks will have an adjustable elastic, so sizing shouldn’t be an issue for most.
FOR OLDER MASKS WITH STANDARD SIZING: While our masks typically 'fit most,' this is not always the case. We have received some reviews regarding our masks being a bit tight, and we have now adjusted the elastic lengths on our listed masks to be more accommodating. However, given that everyone has a slightly different head size/shape, we cannot make a standard size of mask that will fit everyone in the same way. If you have concerns about the size of our masks, feel free to message us to get the dimensions of a mask, or to ask about having a custom-sized mask made!
Care instructions
While all of our products are made in a safe, clean environment, we do suggest washing your masks before first use. Most masks are machine-washable, with the exception of any lace masks - it is strongly recommended that these be HAND-WASHED ONLY.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you mark a purchase from our shop as a gift, we will package the item in a little tissue paper package within the mailer envelope. If you choose to include a gift message with your order, we will transcribe the message onto a card with an envelope!
Returns and exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on our MASKS ONLY due to sanitary reasons. We are happy to do returns or exchanges on our other products. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if you would like to return/exchange it.
