Goods will be dispatched when payment is received.
Postage within UK is Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For.
International shipping is Airmail Small Packet without tracking.
Should you require a different shipping method, feel free to contact me and I will then adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
Shipping for custom orders will be priced individually based on the precise content of the order.
For orders shipped to locations outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, duties and additional charges levied by their local postal service.
Refunds and Exchanges
All goods are shipped properly with protective packaging so they should not arrive damaged in any way. If the item you have purchased arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.
I would like all of my customers to be delighted with their purchase but if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, please contact me within 7 working days of receipt of the goods to arrange either an exchange or refund.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you must take good care of the item and return it promptly at your own expense.
Note: Custom made orders are not returnable unless they are found to be faulty.
Nothing in the above policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
