Returns and exchange details
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. All products are sold as is.

Buyer accept s all responsibility for paying taxes, customs and duty charges should any of these costs incur. There is no refund for uncollected packages.

We ship by Canada Post, and sometimes with ChitChats. Seller is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by the shipping service. Sometimes shipping takes longer than expected. Standard shipping may not include tracking. If you would like tracking, please select the upgraded shipping options provided.

Orders can only be shipped to the address provided during the check out process. Please double-check your address before ordering. Seller is not responsible for incorrectly delivered packages. In rare cases, sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address nearby (for example, your neighbour, this often happens with apartment buildings).

In the unlikely event that there is a mistake on the part of the Seller, such as an incorrect product was sent to the Buyer, or the address is typed incorrectly by the Seller, the Seller will issue a refund for the incorrect product. Shipping will only be refunded if the entire order was incorrect.

In the unlikely event that a return is agreed upon, Buyer may return products to the Seller for a partial refund via the Easy platform. Original shipping cost will be deducted. Buyers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

For EU Buyers Only
As per EU law, Buyers from the European Union may contact the Seller within 14 days of receiving their order, to arrange for returns. Upon receipt of returned goods, a partial refund will be issued via the Easy platform. Original shipping costs will be deducted. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Products that are not in its original form and scaled packaging cannot be returned. Natural fibre products have a natural odour and are not considered a defect. If you are unsure of the product's quality, buy a smaller amount to test it out.

We do not re-sell products that are returned to us.
Payment
Orders can only be cancelled by the Buyer, if the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately.

Seller retains the right to cancel the order if shipping costs paid are insufficient for the order.

Postal workers are experiencing difficulty in processing packages due to high volume and compliance with social distancing rules. We send out orders as soon as we can, but there is nothing we can do about the delivery time. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are placing a larger order, you may use the USA Flat Rate upgrade options to save on shipping costs. Standard US shipping does NOT include tracking. If you require tracking, please select an upgraded shipping options that includes tracking. We usually use Canada Post, but in some cases, we may use a different carrier, this will be noted on your shipping notification email. In order to act environmentally sustainable, sometimes we wait for orders from other customers to come in before we ship, this is why there could be a longer processing time.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, please read before ordering:
Standard international shipping is calculated as a flat rate, for up to 1 kg. This is for surface rate, no tracking is available. Delivery may take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. If you require faster delivery, select the International Air "upgrade" options (no tracking). If you require tracking, select International Air With Tracking. For fastest delivery possible, please select International Top Priority (includes tracking). We usually use Canada Post, but in some cases, we may use a different carrier, this will be noted on your shipping notification email.

YARN ORDERS
*** All effort is made to accurately represent the colours in the product photos. Colours on different devices may vary. Products cannot be returned based on dissatisfaction with the colour. All yarns colours are from the same dye lot batch.
*** Please ensure that you buy enough yarns to finish your intended projects. Some colours are very limited stock and they will not be restocked.
*** Alpaca is a fine yarn and should be handled with care. Alpaca yarns have a natural odour, this is especially noticeable when wet. Do not worry, the smell will fade when dry.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
*** All effort is made to accurately represent the colours in the product photos. Colours on different devices may vary. Products cannot be returned based on dissatisfaction with the color.

HERB ORDERS
*** For herbs ordered in Canada, they are shipped by letter post. If you order more than one item, it may be shipped separately due to weight and size restrictions. If shipping cost permits, we may upgrade to your order to parcel shipping for larger orders.
Privacy
Seller may only be contacted via the Easy platform. Do not email us. We will only ever contact you by email if we cannot reach you via Easy.
