Etsy's protection policies cab only apply to orders shipped with tracking. Most of our products are shipped via Canada Post letter mail to keep costs low, and therefore, we cannot adhere to this policy. Please upgrade your shipping during checkout if you require buyer protection.

Herb orders shipped within Canada will be sent using letter mail. This is done in order to keep shipping costs low. Items are flat packaged to fulfill mailing requirements. The shipping calculator uses a per item shipping charge. If the shipping amount paid meets the cost to ship by parcel mail, it will be automatically upgraded to ship with tracking. If you require tracking for smaller orders, please upgrade your shipping at check out.

We specialize in offering small quantities of herbs to our customers. Some of our herbs, especially our homegrown ones are only available in limited quantities.

Please be aware that although we do our best to represent the products in listing photos, there may be variation from batch to batch.

The weight per volume for herbs vary from plant to plant. For example, while 2 grams of calendula petals can seem like a good handful, 2 grams of elderberry is a very tiny amount in comparison. Please ask, if you are not sure of the amounts available, if it will meet your requirements. A weight conversion guide has been provided in the product descriptions. A weight reference for amount shown in photos is provided in the listing description.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for yarn orders. We try our best to photograph the items with colour accuracy, but monitors can display colours differently. If you are unsure of the colour, then order smaller amounts to sample first, before ordering for a big project. Animal fibres, such as alpaca, have a natural odour and are not considered a product defect.

All orders sent to the US will have a tracking number. Orders in Canada are sent either with letter mail or parcel mail with tracking, depending on the product category. You can upgrade your shipping at check out to ensure tracking.

International orders are sent without tracking due to cost. If you require tracking, you can upgrade your shipping option. Tracking is subject to availability.

If you have tracking on your item, please refer tto it before reaching out to me. The information will be available in your Shipping Notification email from Etsy.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If this occurs, we may be able to provide you with a photo of your order package and you may wish to contact your local post office.
