With growing demand for my custom ceramic work, I decided to adapt and make small editions of some of my designs. My Etsy shop has a mixture of sample prototypes which I am testing out and pieces which I have produced as multiples. My philosophy is to create objects which create joy and enhance daily rituals in your home.

Ceramics are fragile, I do my best to carefully package each item against breakage. It is so sad when pieces are broken in shipping, so I'll do our best to replace damaged items! I always ship our packages with a tracking number, in the event that your package does not arrive, I will help you to trace it, but we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays that sometimes occur in shipments.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please send me a message if there is something wrong with your order, I want you to be happy. If you would like to return an item, you must contact me upon receipt and explain why, then we can agree on how to proceed. If we agree upon a return, you will have two weeks to return the item and it must arrive in original condition. Sorry, but refunds for shipping and return shipping are not something our shop can pay for.

If you placed an order that was shipped from and sent within the USA, it will be returned to my warehouse in Illinois.

Please note that if you are returning a product that was shipped from Spain outside of the EU that returns are much more complicated; you MUST fill out customs forms that indicate this is a merchandise return and include the original customs forms and invoice that were sent with your shipment; if I am charged customs duties to receive your returned merchandise, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

All shipments are insured against damage, so if a piece arrives broken, I need to file a claim with the courier service and need the following from YOU:

Submit photos in case of damage

If the merchandise is damaged, we need 3 photos that prove it:

1. Photo of the merchandise damaged in its entirety: the photo must show the damage in its entirety and not just a detail. If the damage is not noticeable in a general shot, it will be necessary to add one more image of the article where it is shown. In case more than one damaged item is found, take the photo grouping all the items in a single image.

2. Photo of the outer packaging, including the transport company's label: the photo must show that the shipment was made with the transport company and that the claim corresponds to the contracted shipment. We request that the photo be taken at a certain distance where the shipping label is visible. Certain couriers require photos of the outer package from all sides.

3. Photo of the merchandise with inner packaging: the photo must show that the packaging used has protected the content during transport. We request an image of the damaged merchandise placed inside the packaging, as it originally arrived to the recipient.

Do not throw away the used packaging: Keep the damaged merchandise as well as its packaging, the merchandise must not be repaired or manipulated until the expertise is carried out.

If an item is lost in shipment, I may need your help in filing an insurance claim. All of my shipments are insured for loss/damage and if a courier tracking states that your package was delivered but for some reason you have not received it, a statement of non-receipt is required from the recipient to verify that the package did not arrive. I appreciate your cooperation and help so that we can resolve these issues and get you a refund or replacement product in a timely manner!
Shipping
Most items are shipped via courier or the post office. We need a telephone number for International deliveries, please! The buyer is responsible for any additional import duties into their country.
