**For all orders: Standard shipping is USPS First Class, unless otherwise noted. Please feel welcome to contact us if you need an item sooner, and we will make a custom listing including your shipping needs. :)

Please note that the closer we are to postal cutoff deadlines, the busier the post office becomes and this can cause added delays that are beyond our control. According to the USPS, in order to receive your package by December 25th, orders MUST be placed by:

International Customers (using First-Class Mail International):
December 1st: Africa, Central and South America
December 8th: Asia/Pacific Rim, Australia/New Zealand, Canada, Carribean, Mexico, and Europe

Domestic (US) Customers (using First-Class/Priority mail):
December 8th: AFO/FPO
December 19th: standard shipping addresses in the USA

The term "maiden voyage" conjures up images of massive floating zeppelins, prop driven planes and towering ships embarking on their initial journeys. With these vessels came adventurers and their desires to discover the unknown.

Their expeditions were retold in countless enchanting tales. More often than not, recounts of these stories became embellished, adding to their mystery and intrigue.

It is this mixture of truth and falsity from which we pull our inspiration. And where we begin to blur the line even further, creating surreal imagery that carries its own mysterious narration and goods that evoke those same haunting feelings.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: (Within the Continental U.S.)
• Orders shipped via USPS + Delivery confirmation tracking included
• Shipment tracking included - NOTE: You will be provided a tracking # via email or convo.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery (unless otherwise stated)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: (Outside the Continental U.S.)
• Orders shipped via USPS
• No shipment tracking - we are not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands.
• If you prefer international tracking - please contact us to add the USPS registered mail option (it is an additional $11.50 on top of the standard international shipping price listed in our shop).

To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note that importing goods from another country can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Customs Duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax). YOU, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such taxes. We have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you might have to pay, please check with your local tax authorities BEFORE purchasing from us.

Some countries prohibit or restrict the importation of some types of goods. You may need a general or special license and/or other documents to import goods, particularly in larger or commercial quantities. It is your responsibility to check with your national Customs authorities whether the goods you intend to import are subject to any such restrictions. If your goods are retained or confiscated by your own national Customs authorities for any reason, it is your responsibilty alone to negotiate with them the terms on which such goods might be released to you.

If your goods are undeliverable for any reason and are returned to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any associated costs which may be charged back to us. If we receive a returned package marked as undeliverable, we will contact the buyer for either 1.) a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) minus shipping charges or 2.) Re-ship to the corrected address once the buyer covers the cost of shipping the order out again. (This is why it's so important to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct, especially for gift orders.)

On any customs forms, we are required by law to declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. We do not under declare values, or mark goods as a "gift."

We truly wish we didn't need to have this disclaimer here but after repeated misunderstandings and a negative shop review or two solely based on the fact that a buyer incurred a customs charge (that we have no control over) or an incorrectly entered gift recipient address where the order was returned a few times as undeliverable until a different address was finally provided, we feel it important to have this lengthy and hopefully informative notice.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Return must be initiated within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment. To begin the return/exchange process, please send us a convo or email info [at!]
• All garments/goods to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. They must be returned with any original tags attached and/or any originally included accessories.
• MVCC reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if returned merchandise does not meet the above criteria.
• Exchanges subject to availability
• Shipping/handling will not be refunded and you will be billed for new shipping charges
• If return/exchange is unacceptable, it will be returned at your expense

• Approved refunds will be issued via PayPal or Direct Checkout (Etsy), within 72 hours of receipt of your returned merchandise. Please allow a few days for bank processing.
• Merchandise total and applicable taxes will be refunded, but no shipping
• You will receive a confirmation via convo or email once initiated.

Additional Policies and FAQs

In an effort to be more green and since order history is readily available online, all of our orders are shipped without packing slips or invoices, so you don't have to worry about gift recipients seeing what was spent on their gift.
