I am happy that you are interested in my creations! Thank you for paying attention to my shop policy.


In case if I am not at my shop and not able to delivery to you items that you want, there will be information on my shop`s front page that I am out of my shop. Also you will find information when I`ll be back. Please leave me a message and I`ll contact you as soon as possible.

Accepted payment methods

Immediate payment is expected at checkout.
Please remember that all non-paid transactions within 2 days of purchase will be cancelled.

If you cannot pay immediately, or you are having problems with the checkout system, then we would appreciate a convo as soon as possible. Reservation of item is possible.

Your purchased items will be shipped only after full payment has been received.

We prefer to give you feedback when we know the order has reached you in good condition and we therefore have finished our part of the transaction.
All items are shipped via standard mail.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery from Latvia, (Europe) to international destinations (usually it will be 1-2 weeks). Remember that before holidays (Christmas, Easter) delivery could take more than 4 weeks, so, please, make purchase well before holiday time.

If you require an item to arrive quicker please contact me in advance. So we can sort out delivery details.

I will send everything to your address listed in your Etsy account at the time of sale. Please always check address and let me know if it needs changing.

If you want to send your purchase to different address, for example, as a gift, feel free to convo me. I`ll be glad to write some words as greeting from you to that person on a small greeting card.
Refunds and Exchanges
In case something goes wrong…

We all know that sometimes something can go wrong, so I need to write down what I expect to do in a such case. I really hope that such situation will never occur!

I`ll always try to do my best to please and satisfy buyers. Even in situations when something goes wrong.

In case purchase is lost via delivery and post office informs you about it, convo me. I always keep all recipes from delivery. We will sort out refund via PayPal.

What to do in case you are not happy with the item…

Please remember, that when purchasing something, you agree to my shop`s refund policies as stated below.

Returns must be in their original packing and in unused condition. Item must be sent back within 3 days of receiving your order. I cann`t make refunds for any item that is sent back to me later than 3 days after you receive your purchase.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item.

Please remember that only you are responsible for the shipping and handling charges when returning the item. Please note that I`m not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.

Sorry, but for returned items showing signs of wear (dirty, broken) refund will not be issued. These items will be shipped back to you at me own expense.
Additional policies and FAQs
Problems with colors
I`m taking pictures of items as well as I can. I`m using a professional camera. I have been working also as a freelance photographer for newspapers for many years so I try to be very precise in terms of colors of item in every picture. I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of my items that appear at the site, but actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. So I can not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Biggest problems occur when item is turquoise or light turquoise some problems are also with purple and violet colored items. As I`m aware of it I am always describing the item additionally. If you are not sure about the color convo me. I`ll send you color sample by e-mail.
