Customer ordered a wedding print and supplied 2 names. Like thousands of orders we successfully complete, we placed the names either side of an '&' as shown in the design. After receiving the print the customer revealed it was actually intended to be a birthday print for one individual and no '&' was needed between the names. We replaced the print immediately.

Frequently asked questions
SHIPPING
Find estimated delivery dates on each listing or in 'your purchases' after the order is made. Once the item ships you will receive a shipping notification with tracking where applicable.
Please note, once an item ships it is vulnerable to all kinds of delays beyond our control. We recommend placing your order well in advance of any event to avoid disappointment.
International orders please allow several weeks for delivery. International orders can be delayed by customs and are often not tracked outside the USA. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees & taxes.
RUSH ORDERS
All orders are processed in the order they arrive. While some products offer expedited shipping during checkout, this does not move those orders to the front of our production queue. Expedited shipping only applies to transit time.
We recommend placing the order well in advance of the event to avoid disappointment. Please remember we can never guarantee exact delivery dates.
GUEST BOOKS & VOW BOOKS
Book sales include the book only, other items such as pens, flowers etc. are shown for staging purposes and not included.
Books ordered with foil have the chosen foil only on the design to the outer cover. The foil color example image is to provide a significant representation of the foil color, it does not mean foil books have a full inlay or cover of foil.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All our products are made-to-order and often personalized. We are therefore unable to offer returns on our products. It is important to ensure the spelling, grammar, colors etc. are correct on your order.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change an order. If your item has already gone into production we may be unable to make the changes or accept the cancellation.
OTHER POLICIES
Requesting and changing proofs can delay the delivery date. If customers requesting proofs do not confirm the design is ready to move into production within a reasonable time we may either cancel the order or proceed to meet delivery dates.
Colors on your monitor may differ slightly from the finished product.
