1 out of 5 starsFrustrated that I purchased this template to use on my blog and it failed me.. it's not working and I've followed all the instructions. I created another blog from scratch just to check and it doesn't work on that either. Pissed off that I paid for this shit. I've purchased templates a lot cheaper than this and it's worked. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIFS LIKE THIS ONE THAT DOESN'T DO REFUNDS EITHER.

I sincerely apologize if I didn't reply to your support request immediately, I did reply within 30 minutes and I think that is an acceptable timeframe given I'm very busy and have multiple clients to attend. I'm sorry that you couldn't follow the template instructions nor the directions I gave to you personally, I hope you can re-read them and make use of the template someday. That being said, I don't appreciate disrespectful customers that hide behind an anonymous account, throw a rock and hide the hand, so I'm very glad that you won't be my customer anymore. Plus, Maira was very responsive and helpful when I had a question + wanted a small change. Fantastic customer service and overall experience!
