PLEASE DO:
Go crazy and create lots of fabulous bows, snap clips, bags and flowers from your Maisie Moo templates. Make as many as you like for yourself, your small business and don't forget to make some to give as gifts to your friends and family!
PLEASE DON'T:
Thank you for supporting the hours of work that go into creating these designs by not forwarding or sharing any of the files with others. If you wish to share, then share the love and please simply send them to my store!
Resale and mass-production of Maisie Moo Design’s is strictly prohibited in any form. This design can not be resold as a digital file, cutting die or plastic template.
RESELLING and SHARING MAISIE MOO DESIGNS IS WRONG!
If you are not the individual that researched, spent hours designing, paid for testing and then finally created a design, then it is not yours to resell OR share freely. This is not only ethically and morally wrong by under IP Copyright legislation it is legally wrong too.
MM designs can not be resold in any format other that the physical 'made up' form. You can not copy, or manufacture templates or dies from my designs or purchase and resell in the digital form. Any modifications to Maisie Moo designs are strictly prohibited and covered by copyright also
It saddens me that I have to include this here, however for me to continue to design for my wonderful customers I need to protect what I have worked so very hard to create. x Ria
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
In the event you purchased a Maisie Moo Design not realizing it is not a physical product, then no worries! I will gladly refund you for any unopened/downloaded files... we all make mistakes sometime. The same goes if you loved it that much you purchased it twice (it happens a lot!) I will also pop a refund through for the double up x
DO I NEED A COMMERCIAL LICENSE?
No you won't! I will happily support you and your small business and you are welcome to use your Maisie Moo templates to create lots of pretty goodies to sell. However, if you intend on using in larger scale businesses or in mass production, you will require a commercial licence, just flick me an Etsy convo or email and I'll get you set up with a reserved listing.
