My floral arrangements are designed using the finest preserved flowers and botanicals which have been imported from around the world, including Europe, South America, Africa, and the United States.

As an alternative to traditional silk and manufactured florals, preserved arrangements are made with real dried and preserved flowers and have a fresh and natural look that will add a unique and elegant style to your space or event.

Each arrangement is made in an interesting container or wrapping and will compliment any décor. Premade and custom arrangements are available and can be modified to fit your own specific style and color palette.

Payment

I accept Paypal and all major credit cards.

All TEXAS residents will automatically be charged 8.25% for sales tax.

I am always willing to work with a buyer in regards to payment, but communication is everything. Please contact me if you have special circumstances. Otherwise, I expect payment at the time of your order. If I do not hear from you within three (3) days of receiving your order, and payment is not made within that timeframe, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item(s) for sale.

All custom orders are subject to a minimum down payment equal to 50% of the value of the complete price of the sale, unless a different payment plan has been pre-arranged. The agreed upon down payment is non-refundable. If the complete sale price has been pre-paid, 50% of that total price will be refunded back to you.

Shipping

I ship all packages within the continental United States through UPS. Each item is insured and a tracking number will be provided to you at no extra charge once the package has been sent. I normally ship packages on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and all in stock items ship out within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment. If you need something sent faster than the next available ship date, please let me know right away so that I can make arrangements to ship it to you sooner.

Due to some past experiences with international customs, I no longer ship outside of North America. I will ship to Canada. Based on the Destination City and Zip Code, I will provide multiple estimates through several carriers. International shipping charges do not include any fees charged by the country I am shipping to. I am not responsible for any customs or country fees. It is the responsibility of the international customer to pay any and all customs fees. I am not responsible for verifying whether customs will accept any items that are purchased from my store. I do not provide any documentation on where the flowers are purchased from or how they have been treated. It is the customer's responsibility to verify with their country's customs office whether documentation like this is required. I am not responsible for any items that customs will not accept into their country for any reason.

Shipping costs for each item are based on the size and weight of each arrangement as well as the additional packaging that may be required. Shipping charges for custom orders are only estimates. I will not know the total amount until all items have been packed and weighed. Additional shipping charges could be added on before the final flowers can be shipped.

Due to the fragile nature of the materials that I use, most products require extra care. I use heavy duty shipping boxes that have crush proof edges up to 35-275lbs. of pressure for most orders. Most flowers require packing material on the top, bottom and all sides to prevent shifting and to protect them if a box is damaged during transit. Wedding Bouquets with delicate flowers are packaged in a way to ensure that the flowers do not shift if the box is turned on its sides or upside down. In the past, I’ve tried to use standard cardboard boxes to keep shipping costs down and have had several boxes completely crushed. My shop is not responsible for any item once it has been shipped. This covers any and all damage occurring during transit, lost items during transit, lost or stolen packages left at customer's address, and any other damage, loss, or theft. My shop is not responsible for return shipping costs when packages are returned to me from failed delivery attempts.

I package each arrangement to the best of my ability and leave them in the care of UPS, or any other carrier used, once they have been shipped. I will gladly work with you and UPS to try and resolve any shipping issues. For orders over $100, UPS requires a physical inspection of all damaged merchandise before a refund can be issued. The original box, all original packing materials, the original shipping label, and all damaged items are required for the refund. Please take as many pictures as you can of the damaged box, including the shipping label, along with the damaged materials. Do not throw anything away, as they will need to physically take the above mentioned items as part of the inspection.

All custom orders will be delivered one month prior to your due date, at a minimum, unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do everything I can to package and protect the flowers before they are shipped to you. All items are insured through UPS or USPS and I will work with you and UPS/USPS if anything is damaged or lost in route to you.

I do NOT accept returns. I will send you detailed photos of anything you wish to purchase ahead of time and will answer any questions you want to ask me, so please be sure you are 100% satisfied before completing the transaction process.

If for whatever reason, a payment does need to be refunded, it will be returned to you in the same form of currency that was used for purchase.

ABOUT PRESERVED BOTANICALS

Preserved flowers are real flowers that have been harvested and put through a process in which most of the moisture in the plant is removed and replaced with glycerin. Glycerin is natural, biodegradable and environmentally friendly. It leaves the flowers supple and natural looking and prevents further drying. In some cases natural dyes have been used to enhance the colors or copy current color trends.

Other botanicals such as grasses, sticks, grains, vines and pods have been dried using hot air. Some of these products are also dyed to mimic nature.

In contrast to traditional manufactured artificial flowers, preserved flowers give a fresh, natural and more organic look that will last for years and remain environmentally friendly.

All items are preserved by professionals.


CUSTOM ORDERS:

I will gladly work with you on all custom orders. Please bear in mind that I will need time to order your materials, (if I don't have what you need in stock), and build the arrangements. I can send you photographs of what I currently have in stock or what is available to order upon request. I send detailed photos of all custom orders and require approval on each item before they will be shipped.


HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR NEW ARRANGEMENT:

I can offer no guarantee as to how long these flowers will last in your specific environment or under your care. I can guarantee it will be longer than fresh flowers, at the same price as them and just as refreshing. Below are care instructions to help you maintain the look and feel of your flowers for many years to come…

Preserved plants and flowers are intended for indoor use. Keep your new arrangement out of direct sunlight for extended periods of time. As with anything else, direct sun exposure will cause fading. Place them in a cool dry room, avoiding areas of very high humidity for prolonged periods. If the flowers are exposed to moisture and begin to bleed, place your flowers/botanicals in a low humidity environment or run a hair dryer over them on a cool/low setting. You can also use the hair dryer on this same setting to remove any dust that may accumulate over time. Do not clean preserved flowers with water or liquid cleaning products. Regular soft brushing is another good method to keeping your flowers clean. Avoid prolonged contact with fabrics. Try and limit the amount of handling you do to avoid any breakage.

If you’ve pre-purchased loose stems or arrangements in preparation for an event that will take place at a later date and want to store them safely until that event takes place, you can store them in an airtight container in a cool/dark area like a closet or under the bed. This will keep them fresh and dust free.
