Maison de Miel is currently only shipping within the United States + Canada. Most items in shop are ready-to-ship within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items with customized options will have varying ship times. Before placing an order, please send me a message if you have questions regarding a ship by date. Tracking numbers are provided for each order. Shipping insurance is included on USPS priority orders. Shipping insurance is not provided for orders without Priority shipping selected. If you would like to include additional insurance to your order, please contact me before placing your order. Buyer is responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entered, so please double check. Shop is not responsible for delays due to customs or issues occurring due to USPS errors. Please wait 2-5 days for ‘lost’ packages to arrive as USPS is currently experiencing multiple delays. But feel free to contact me if you are concerned. Lost packages will need to be filed with your local postal service by the purchaser. Stolen packages will need to be filed with your local police department. For sanitary reasons, these items are not returnable. If you have questions about these products, please reach out . If there is a defect in product itself, please let me know within 5 days of receiving your item.

🛬 RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of my shop products, I cannot accept returns on personalized or custom orders. These orders cannot be resold, therefore, I ask that you please contact me with questions before placing an order
If you do not absolutely love your order, I am happy to refund your purchase after the item arrives back to my shop. Please message me via Etsy within 5 days of the items arrival. I do not cover your return shipping back to me. Once the order has arrived & has been inspected for damage, I will issue a refund. This refund may take several days to appear on your account.
🔁 EXCHANGING AN ORDER:
If your order did not work out and you would like to exchange it, please contact me within 5 days of the items arrival. Exchange orders must be in their original condition, free from dirt, pet hair etc. They must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unused in order for me to accept an exchange. I do not cover your return shipping back to me.
🤕IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED:
If your package arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the package & damaged item Within 3 days of its arrival. USPS priority, your orders will automatically include $100 insurance value purchase includes insurance, so photos are needed to assess the damage & file a claim. After which I can refund or replace your order.
To include insurance or add additional insurance to your order, please contact me before placing your order.
If your order was damaged & you chose not to include insurance at the time of purchase in my shop, I am unfortunately not responsible for shipping damage to your order.
🐢SHIPPING DELAYS:
⛔️UNVERIFIED SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Your package will only be sent to a USPS verified address. If the address is not verified, I will send a message via your Etsy Account to confirm the correct address. It is the buyer's responsibility to reply with the corrected address. Your order will be held for up to 1 week past the ship by date. If an updated address is not provided, the order will be cancelled & all sales fees returned. The item(s) will then be held no longer than 1 week for an opportunity to repurchase. After 1 week these items will be made available again for other buyers. Please send me a message if you need to discuss a repurchase.
⏱IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE BY EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE:
If your order has not arrived by the estimated deliver time, please feel free to let me know via a private message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, politics etc), so I may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, I will do everything I can to work with you towards finding your package. This may, however, require you to contact your local post office & file a ‘lost package’ or to your local police to file a ‘theft’ report if stolen from your property.
📩 UNDELIVERABLE MAIL:
Most packages marked as ‘undeliverable’ will be shipped back to me. Once I receive your return order, I will request an edited address to re-ship your order. It is the buyer's responsibility to reply with the corrected address. Reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
🏠WHAT IF I MAILED MY ORDER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Please double check the address entered during checkout to be sure it is correct. The address can be changed ONLY if it has not already been shipped. Buyer is responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entered.

This may, however, require you to contact your local post office & file a ‘lost package’. If it is not found, I will work with you if possible to replace your order with the same item or one of equal value.
