5 out of 5 stars2nd update: The seller was awesome enough to send a replacement and the cuttings are doing very well. I think the summer heat must have affected the first order. Update: After a few days in water the cuttings turned completely into mush. Not sure what happened since I have rooted pothos in water successfully many times. Packed well. Cuttings were a bit sad when they arrived because of how hot it has been. Perked right up in water though. Very healthy and look forward to watching them grow.

Custom and personalized orders
I welcome all custom and personalized orders at no extra cost. From colors to sizing I would love to accommodate what you need for your home.
Shipping
Once shipped, items are out of my control. If packages become lost or behind schedule I am happy to work with the post office to figure out what needs to happen.
If a package arrives damaged, you can file a claim with USPS for reimbursement. As much as I would like to do it for you, claims can only be filed by the buyer.
If packages are stolen you will also need to file a claim with the post office. The post office will need a police report to move forward with a claim.
